Application Process

Are you ready to take the exam? Here are the stuff that you need to file for your application.

  1. A filled out application form. You can download that here.
  2. 4 Passport-sized ID pictures.
    1. Colored, with white background
    2. Recent (taken within the last three months)
    3. Bare face (no eyeglasses, hat, or any other accessory)
    4. Showing both ears
    5. Neutral facial expression (don’t smile!)
    6. With full and handwritten name tag (First Name, Middle Initial, Last Name) and signature over the printed name
  3. A photocopy of any valid ID (preferably government-issued). Bring the original ID for validation.
  4. Examination Fee (P500 for the Paper and Pencil Test or P600 for the Computer Assisted Test)
